Fee structure for the administrative year January 1, 2024 – December 31, 2024:

1. Individual Membership: $5,000.00 per year
2. Company or Agency (2 – 10 staff): $10,000.00 per year
3. Company or Agency (11 or more staff): $15,000.00 per year
